It means you can’t disable the Bixby button on the Galaxy Note 9. Earlier you had the option to disable Bixby on the Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, and Galaxy S9 smartphones, but not anymore.

Samsung announced Bixby Assistant last year with the Galaxy S8. Many users have wanted to disable the Bixby button. So Samsung added an option to turn it off. While third-party developers created apps to remap that Bixby button to perform other operations. Those options are now gone.

For example, an app specially made for remapping the Bixby button – its double tap and long press features don’t work anymore (previously used for disabling the Bixby button.)
