Samsung vowed to present 5 new languages for Bixby, in the Samsung Developer Conference 2018. The company has recently fulfilled its promise by providing Bixby update for the Galaxy Note 9.

Bixby is now getting a new update for Galaxy Note 9 users. The update brings support for
French, UK English, German, Italian, and Spanish. 
This new language Beta pack update is available for both Android 
Pie and Oreo version of the Galaxy Note 9.
