Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S9+ gets a new update

Samsung is releasing a new update for the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S9+ smartphones. The new update brings the latest security patch and a few other improvements.

The Galaxy Note 8 new update brings Android July 2019 security patch for Exynos and Snapdragon variant. In the US the Galaxy Note 8 get this update on Sprint network. Software version N950USQS6DSG5 is now available for Sprint users and N950FXXS7DSG1 for Exynos. The size of the update is 586.02MB.

While the Galaxy S9+’s latest update brings new features, it adds more customization options for AR Emoji and brings support for Call and Message Continuity. The update also brings Android July 2019 security patch. The software version is G965FXXU6CSG8 and the size of the update is 533.46MB. The update is currently rolling out in Germany.
